Rent Macky
You can rent Macky Auditorium Concert Hall for a variety of events including concerts, lectures, conferences, films, religious services and graduations. Costs vary depending on the type of event, but will generally include these five categories of charges:
Facility Rental
Generally $1,500 or 10% of the gross ticket sales, whichever is greater. Multi-day event rental prices available.
Equipment Rental
This includes any equipment used for your event such as sound system, lighting system, piano, risers, props, etc.
Seat Assessment
$0.15 per occupied seat.
Ticketing
A new service powered by Vendini. A competitive fee structure provides fast and secure online ticketing experience for your patrons. Includes print-at-home, phone, box office and will call services.
Labor
Macky Auditorium Concert Hall requires renters to use our staff of experienced professionals for your event. This includes stage technicians, house manager, ushers, night-of-show box office staff and security, EMT, and custodian.
